Even as a child, I exercised a lot. I swam, played tennis, skied, played football, ran,
worked out... I tried to find my place, what really holds me. I was very interested in
competitive cycling and I rode many, many kilometers. I worked as a bicycle courier in
Budapest for 2 years. The daily 100 +/- 20 km was every day.
Finally, I feel like I've found my place. I ended up in the gym. I liked weightlifting so
much that in 2014 I decided to complete a coaching school, for example, to learn techniques
that are only an advantage in training.
Since then, I have been continuously training and I
am constantly improving my knowledge in theory and practice. Over the past years, I have had
many guests and it gives me a good feeling to receive positive feedback from them, because
this way I know that all training is the safest and most effective for my guests.
