What happens the first time?
On the first occasion, I will introduce you to the room, then we will talk and discuss your
short-term and long-term goals. If necessary, we refine and discuss possible obstacles, be
they health, physical or nutritional problems.
After that, we will perform a simpler health assessment, which will provide me with a lot of
additional information about your movement coordination, endurance and strength level. All
of this will help us to start from the right level and to know at what pace we can progress
towards our goals. This gives you the opportunity to see the expected program, to get to
know me personally and the room.
